1: How long will it take for my plugs to get to me?
We aim to dispatch packs by post within 48 hours from receipt of order, so you should receive them in 4 to 5 days. However, if it takes a little longer, don't worry the plants will be fine.

2: What if the plugs look a little shaken up on arrival?
Some loosened compost is likely after postal handling, but this won't matter. The plants are hardy and will soon respond if you follow the advice on the growing advice card.

3: Can I specify which variety of Clematis come in my pack?
No, the varieties in the postal pack will be a nursery selection of high quality named varieties of Clematis, but cannot be specified in advance.

4: What if the plugs don't start growing?
They will! However, if the plants have been routinely pruned just before dispatch, it could take a little longer before new shoots appear. Follow the growing advice card and be patient.

5: Do you deliver to Europe?
Yes, at no extra postal charge.

6: Can I save on postage by ordering more than one pack?
No, the size of the postal packs allow them to fit through a standard size letter box and so they are sent out individually.
